Does PMI chapter supports to develop startup eco system in respective countries by auditing or recommendation on structure?

will it be possible? what are all the operation challenge PMI poses?

PMI chapters tend to focus on project/program/portfolio management. I doubt you will get a lot of support for business startups.

Having said that, networking within the chapters might provide you with contacts who can help you get what you need.

Remember the golden rule for networking: Never ask your network contact to buy or help. Ask your contact to find someone else who can/will.
