Do business schools do enough to: 1) help EMBA graduates leverage the investment they've made to gain an MBA degree (helping them to move to a position within their current organization or finding a new one where their new MBA skills and experience wil add greater value); and 2) work with the current employers of EMBA stuidents and graduates to better define where/how (specifically) they can better leverage and exploit the newly gained skills and expereince of MBA graduates?

Note: Executive MBA programs are MBA programs offered to people who are typically currently employed, and have 10-15 years of work experience. Typically, they involve attending classes on Friday and/or Saturdays.
