A lot depends on what industry you are interested in and whether you are looking at contract or full time roles. I don't know of any solely PM-focused headhunters, but there are many which tend to fill lots of PM roles (along with other skill sets). Randstad tends to have a lot of full time opportunities whereas Teksystems, Procom and SI Systems would have more contract ones.
