How do you structure your WBS?

A work breakdown structure can be a powerful tool for understanding your project's scope, providing the basis for bottom-up estimating and creating it can be a great team building exercise.

But there's no single best way to structure a WBS.

It depends on what matters the most. I always use deliverables structure based.
