Hi all,

Can someone help on how to assess culture and value of the society and the implications for projects?

It seems to be a challenging topic. Assessing the culture or value of the society is not a low-hanging fruit! It is beyond post!

As Abolfaszl indicates, this is not something you do as a part-time gig. You should reach out to service providers to provide you with the "data" on culture and value assessments. Once you have that, your team should be able to handle the implications on your projects.

Would this information be handled by the PMO. It makes sense that an assessment would be in place to deal with such implications.

Maybe if it was the culture and values of the organization? If you truly are looking at a whole society, that's way beyond the scope of any PMO's reponsibility.

Maybe you must start defining the "target segment", where you want to evaluate these parameters. This can be your organization, corporation, city, etc. Subsequently, a survey strategy should be designed, aimed to relevant and diverse individuals within the target segment. The results of the survey must be weighted to obtain a response.
