Besides the PMI website, where else do you go to find helpful online content for developing project management skills? I'm helping to resource new practitioners at our non-profit organization and would appreciate any suggestions.

Ami -

This is a great source of content between the articles, discussion threads, blogs and webinars.

You could also pick a few PM thought leaders and read their articles.

No - I didn't want to show bias towards any particular writer. There are a number of good ones which you can easily find by looking for "Top project management blogs" as search criteria.

Mine is even on a few of those :-)

In my personal experience, the only two sites where I spend my extra time to learn and improve myself are here and in linkedin. And when I am here in projectmanagement.com the only place I find useful is this, reading and interacting inside Discussions.

You won't develop project management skills by visting online content. What you will obtain is project management knowledge. It's the application and practice of knowledge that will develop skills.
