I have a client (consulting firm - approx 150 consultant) who run mid to large scale projects (20 at a time).
They are looking to implement a full featured PM Software tool. I am only familiar with MS Project. I was curious if anyone else is aware of for featured online tools that would include the following:
The human resource capacity management and forecasting is probably the most critical component for them. They want to have a better handle on each of the resources, their capacity, skils, etc. when they will be free so they can sign into new projects etc.
