PMP Exam Prep- How necessary are the articles in the learning library when studying for the PMP Exam?

While doing my PMP Exam Prep Course on the PMI website, all of the modules supplement their learnings with articles, from the PMI Learning Library. Is it necesary to read each of these in full? I know the extra information can't hurt, but in terms of time and the best resources- is it wise to ignore these?
Hoping someone that has taken the PMP exam can advise.
Thank you!

Hard to tell. As long as they are mentioned, they must be relevant one way or another. However, what I suggest you do is supplement your studies with another resource like Rita Mulcahy exam prep book, it will be sufficient.

Good Luck.

I agree with Kiron. Focus on PMBOK and Rita's book.

Thank you both! I just bought Rita's book yesterday, and have been reading my PMBOK. Sometimes I feel like it's *too* simple, ha! Maybe I am over analyzing.

If they are identified as supplement, then treat them as such. If they were crucial, they would have been included in the course.

Make sure you read both version 6 and 7 of the PMBOK Guide. (That includes PMIStandards+ and the Agile Practice Guide.)
