My employer is in the process of creating a position for a project scheduler. They'd like to be able to use some kind of objective skills assessment program or service to help screen candidates. Is anyone aware of such a service? Saving Changes...

I've not used it myself, but maybe PMI's Career Framework tool will help. The APM's Planning SIG has written a short guide to project planning that may also include information that would be useful for the scheduling job description.
