Recommendation of Meeting Facilitation/Moderation certification course?

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a Meeting/Conference facilitation or moderation course or certification? This is something that has come up a few times in my organization and some projects put great emphasis on having the proper "certifications" so I wanted to see if I could find something good.

A big part of the Toastmasters educational program is the proper facilitation of meetings. You might want to give it a shot.
