PM Apprentice Program

I am looking for any information in determining if PMI / PM.Com are associated / registered with the US Department of Labor Apprentice Program? In addition, are there any known PM apprentice programs on the PA,NJ, NY area?

Any assistance or input would be greatly appreciated.
