I would like to ask you how you run an agile project from a management point of view, for example, how to manage the project, how to measure productivity, how to report progress, how to influence the team, etc. Saving Changes...
It is a comprehensive and general question; not a simple one. You are asking how projects should be managed. That is why we should study PM. Saving Changes...
Opino igual que Abolfazl, es muy amplia la pregunta. Habría que abordar toda la gestión ágil de proyectos en este espacio reducido. Saludos. Saving Changes...

While I could understand that could be a way to use a language the first thing to do do not fail is to understand that things like "Agile something" does not exists. Agile is an approach. Lean is an approach. Both are different things. When you understand the approach then you can find the life cycle that best fit for the approach: waterfall, iterative, incremental, iterative-incremental, spiral, etc. In fact, you can use Agile approach with waterfall life cycle without any problem. That´s not new. Initiatives like Apollo program used this way of working. Obviouly at this time they do not know that the approach was going to be called Agile 20 years after (in fact, Agile was born in manufacturing in 1980 and fully defined in 1990). With that on hand then you can select a method that best fit for the appoach and life cycle, just if you want. All this, just to put it in terms of PMI´s literature, is inside the Business Analysis domain. Saving Changes...
