In Search of Participative Project Management Materials and Credentialing

I am scheduled to teach a project management class (cross-listed both as an undergraduate and post-graduate class) this coming September-December. I am in search of a participative project management textbook that does not follow a linear, project planning engineering process, but one that embraces more of an iterative process, but one that still perhaps could offer students a credential in project management. Does anyone know of sources (a textbook or a publisher or a publication source) that could provide this sort of resource? Saving Changes...

You might consider using case studies as the basis of your course. I think we used this one during my coursework, but oddly I can't find my textbook now: Project Management Case Studies 5th Edition by Harold Kerzner
it is a bit tricky trying to make a course for both the under and post-grad. You tend to have a big career gap between the student who has never worked as a PM, and those who could probably teach the course.
With case studies, you have the option to pick whichever ones are relevant to your learning goals, such as incremental/iterative development. The undergrads can apply their theoretical knowledge, and the post-grads can apply their practical experience. Saving Changes...
