Have you considered extending your house insurance? It usually already includes personal liability. Adding professional liability can be an inexpensive option, if your carrier offers it.

My HOI told me they don't understand what I do (Legal Project Management). I was even told they aren't sure I can do that if I'm not a lawyer. Additionally, I have an S Corp with consultants and subcontractors.

A corporation is definitely a different proposition. Unfortunately, being a Canadian corporation owner will not help you in your search. You may want to try looking for a business insurance broker.

A corporation is definitely a different proposition. Unfortunately, being a Canadian corporation owner will not help you in your search. You may want to try looking for a business insurance broker.
