I have one question, as i am planning to give back my learning and knowledge to community, will that seminar or webinar hours be claimed by attendee as pdu for attempting the PMP exam ?

I have one question, as i am planning to give back my learning and knowledge to community, will that seminar or webinar hours be claimed by attendee as pdu for attempting the PMP exam ?

While such training could be claimed as PDUs by those who already hold a PMI credential, it likely would not qualify as "contact hours" for applying for the PMP. For that, it would need to be a true course similar to what would be delivered by training organizations or a university or college.

I agree with Kiron. Unless your webinar is part of a PM course, then it wont count as educational contact hours.

Thank you for quick reply, so if it's actual course of 36 hours aligned with pmbok guide then it would be considered as contact hours .. right

Generally right but it might be subject to an audit if the person presenting the course is now a PMI ATP but if there course if relevant at the end of the day then I don't see why they would reject it.
