Before setting up a change maintenance window for Domain Controller level, what points should we consider?

What should be the action item like? Anyone can help me with any templates, please?

A domain controller is part of your infrastructure. Treat it as such for your change maintenance: test the domain controller and the deployment process in an isolated subnet, choose a change maintenance window, present the proposed change, process and window at your Change Advisory Board, and hand-off the work to the production team.
