As project management is a continually evolving profession, there's no single "best" provider of training. You should narrow down what you are looking for specifically - is it foundational training, a deep dive into a specific knowledge area (e.g. risk management), certification training or something else.
If you do that, I'm sure you'll get lots of recommendations from folks in the community.
You might also want to constrain the scope with some answers to these questions:
1. What's your upper budget (per course or per day of instruction)?
2. What time zone?
3. What language?

Hi, It is kind of impossible to suggest a singular best program. What is good for me may not be good for you.
You should first define the factors that are important for you. e.g. price of the course, audio, video or textual lessons, duration & length of lessons, support from the provider etc.
After this you should shortlist a few courses and then compare them based on the criteria that you have defined.
