If i have a pmp certification should i get a scrum master certification?

Dear pm community. I have been a pm for 10+ years, I got the pmp certification 5 years ago. Many job offers ask for scrum masters, so i wonder, should i get a smc if i already have a pmp certification?
I downloaded the smbok and it appears it covers many of the trades covered in the pmbok. I consider the pmbok to be a very solid knowledge for project management and I am concerned that the smbok will confuse me or conflict with my current knowledge. Any thoughts or tips? Anyone with both certifications?

I'd be leery of anything claiming to be a Scrum BoK other than something published by Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber. To be safe, if you are planning to write a Scrum-centric certification, I'd stick with the Scrum (and possibly the Nexus) Guide from Scrum.org.
