Does anyone know where I can find examples of WBS in program management for programs in pharma industry? I could not find anything here nor online..Basically, what goes down in level 2 of a WBS for each study conducted under the program..struggling to get this drafted..

The PMI Program Management Standard has some info about this and it will give you a good idea about how to establish a Program WBS. While not specific about Pharma, but yet I believe it will provide you with some guidance.
I would suggest editing this WBS numbering so that the top level (Project) is "0", then the next level starts with "1". By having the project level at "1", then every WBS item is "1.x.x.x". The "1." is really redundant in that format because it's on every single WBS item.
If it's being done as a practice for integrating into a master schedule I'd recommend using a more unique prefix like the project number or something like "Pharma_1".
