Resetting to a New Normal is now an organizational norm due to the recent and ongoing physical, financial, environmental, mental/emotional, and social changes/upheavals.

In your recent experience, what successful Staff Wellness Programs have you recently implemented?

What contributed to the success?

Any lessons learned?

Thank you.

I was managing a project of 100 team members when COVID-19 hit. We had to become extremely accommodating to avoid unnecessary delays and stoppages. We offered flexible work hours to team members to allow them to deal with family and personal obligations. We set up special employee assistance teams to ensure that their work and personal needs were met and issues addressed. (Those teams are now overseeing a progressive return to the office.)
We made sure that team members were invovled in the discussions and decision-making around working conditions.

I expect this framework will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
