The Pearson View website kept kicking me out when attempting to take the schedule PMP exam - there was a waiting list +65 people to get in. This is all post providing ID and picture of space etc - took screen grabs of the site as it crashed. They are stating on the phone there were no technical issues.....what are my options as they are turning a blind eye to their technical issues and now I want a refund or at least correspondence to lead me to having to do a charge back on credit card?

Your best bet is calling PMI directly, better than emailing them or contacting Pearson Vue. I’ve heard the same story from more than one candidate.

Try calling PMI and explain to them what happened - I am fairly confident they will be able to help one way or another.
