Project Management Ready Certification

Hello

I am residing outside US and wants to attempts PMI - PMR exam (Project Management Ready).
When I visited Certiport website and tried to buy exam voucher, it says it is valid in US only. Can I buy course material and later on take PMR certification exam? or is it only for US students? Any idea?
