You have the results. I would say to review PMBOK several times and write mock exams. Learning from mistakes and analysis of the answers can really help.

Sorry to hear that but don’t get discouraged. It will be helpful to let us know what you did and the resources you used.
I highly recommend Rita Mulcahy’s exam prep book and PM PrepCast for simulation exams. You can do full exams or domain based exams. Read the questions and go through all answers so you can understand the rationale behind each.
