This es a continuation of my inquiry of agile frameworks: So, if servant leaders have the same role as Scrum Masters; how does conflict management play en project performance domains? Servant leaders remove obstacles. Scrum Masters do the same. Servant leaders protect the team from diversions. Scrum Masters do the same.

Servant Leader is not a role but rather one model for leadership. As such, the comparison you are making is not an "apples to oranges" one.

To be an effective Scrum Master, someone might draw upon elements of servant leadership, and helping the team by removing obstacles they can't remove for themselves might be one of those methods.

I agree with Kiron. It is a leadership style that may or may not be a good choice depending on circumstances.

Kiron nailed it with his explanation. Servant leadership is a leadership style, not post or role like a scrum master. Scrum `masters should be servant leadership in order to do their role efficiently and effectively.
