It depends on the job market, industry, and your company. Personally, I have not seen that much interest from employers. Anyway, I could be totally wrong.

In general, LEED certifications are useful and valuable. They will be useful in your job if you work on sustainability projects and initiatives.

Be it the LEED or CAPM, certifications in general help as a proof that someone have an in-depth knowledge of a certain topic but they are not a proof that someone is capable of doing the job. Your proof of capability will be your experience record and it is what will matter most. Credentials might help put you ahead of the line but will not get you the job.

Are there any other certification other than LEED and CAPM that will help me get my first job and attract employer's attention. Right now I completed my LEED green associate exam and I am now reading for LEED AP and CAPM.

You need to work on experience more than certifications. Even if you have 100 credentials, without experience, it will be tough to get the right job.

I have no idea what your experience and professional background is so I can't weigh-in further.

Then you need to concentrate on your experience and slow down a bit on professional development so I suggest you do your CAPM for now and that's it and meanwhile, look for Project Coordinator roles. This is a good start for someone who is new in the PM world.

LEED Certifications are very useful nowadays since environmental conservation through Energy & Environmental Design is a very important aid to stop climate change. CAPM certification is a good next step you can do to acquire Project Management knowledge and by obtaining job positions like Project Coordinator or Project Assistant, you can acquire more Project Management expertise.
