The countdown has begun to International Project Management Day on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011! IPM Day, created in 2004, is intended to encourage project-based organizations worldwide (or organizations who utilize project management methodologies) to schedule some type of recognition event within their organizations or coordinated locally with others to truly demonstrate appreciation for the achievements of project managers and their teams. It doesn’t matter where you are, or how big or small your team/company is.
What ways (both big and small) will you celebrate this important day? What individual and team activities do you have planned? What ideas can you share with others looking to enjoy this day devoted to the PM community?
