Are you a member of a local PMI chapter that has a mentoring program? In a prior engagement, I was mentoring a somewhat new PM on a large project. After working with her Legal department, she had me sign an NDA and I was able to work with her to make more sense of a very large project schedule.

Nothing as having the possibility of follow a real scenario to understand the practices adopted in critical situations.
