Project Complexity

Recently I have discovered a tool/standard for assessing the complexity of project management. The tools was the CIFTER table and is a free download from GAPPS (Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards). Has anyone else used the tool or similar?

Hello Leo, I haven't used that model but I have looked at Kathleen B. Hass's Project Complexity Model. I think you can get a copy of her papers on this from PM World Today (it was the featured paper in August 2007).
