I am looking for some help from anyone who have experience in planning an event for an Award Ceremony. I would appreciate if the person can share a floor plan with me which includes activities that is expected to be executed on the day of the Event. Thanks Saving Changes...

Have you tried charitable organizations? They often have an award ceremony for sponsors and volunteers. Saving Changes...
Without knowing anything about scale or agenda, a floor plan is meaningless.
Do you have a dozen people or 2000? Is there food, alcohol, live entertainment, and activities before the awards, or just a brief presentation? Is the event constrained to a location such as provided by a sponsor?
It's a bit like asking for a WBS template on a project without a clear purpose.
I can say that Visio has templates for floor plans, so you at least have a potential tool to lay out your event. Saving Changes...

There is a good event management template on this website. It covers several plans, though not a floor plan:
Event Charter
Preliminary Budget
Selling Plan
Communication Plan
Sponsorship Plan
Logistics Plan
Safety Plan
Collateral Activities Plan

@Anonympus - How did your event turnout? Punchbowl is an Event Planning platform I use. It's all in one platform lets you send invitations and has a complete directory of vendors for any event. (Photographers, Face Painters, Singers, ect)
@Thomas Walenta - Thank you for this template. Its certainty a good starting point. Saving Changes...
