1. Matching degree of personnel skills and projects

2. In the project, we expect that the construction party's understanding of the project can be greater than the construction party's expectation.

3. Some minor requirements can be considered for the next issue. Focus on important key functions and necessary functions.

4. Adapt to the working characteristics and time difference in Chinese Mainland.

Think these four points can be relevant in any project that employs contractors cross-border. Maybe #3 is specific to China, but somehow represents common sense if agreed on both sides.
