This is a great book and I thoroughly enjoyed the read. On par with Charan & Bossidy "Execution."
Any other good reads out there?
Thanks,

Hi Robert,
Here are two books:
1) "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" by Patrick Lencioni. I read this over a weekend earlier in the fall. A fast but excellent read! It makes great points on how to build teams and how a lack of teamwork can be fatal to success.
2) "Results Without Authority: Controlling a Project When the Team Doesn't Report to You" by Tom Kendrick. Haven't started reading it yet but it does look promising.
