Have you looked at Miro.com or Mural? I find it useful for visual templates including Journey map.

You can find templates into the internet, something obvious. I found good references inside SAFe website. Adding to @Shamshad comment above about Miro y Mural where you can find templates. in my case, I am not a fan of using templates. I made my own document based on the process and what I am looking for.
