Do you know about a PMI Chapter or another volunteer organisation that utilises social media to build its community in an extensive way and measures the outcomes (e.g. #participants, #posts, quality of posts, #likes)?

I am thinking about social media tools like whatsapp, facebook, TikTok, Instagram, telegram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and others I might not be aware of as an old white man from Europe.

How was it achieved?
Did they build a concept?
Did they setup a project or did it just happen bottom up?

Do we need people under 20 to make that happen?
