1) Study Hall is not a free tool, open to any PMI member, so technically I'm copying/using proprietary material here, and I'm doubting if I'm doing the right thing. Of course, this is still a restricted area for PMI members only, but still. Is it ok to copy/paste Study Hall questions here?
2) I tried to use the "Got feedback or suggestions? Let us know here!" tool at the bottom of the Study Hall questions, but I have never received any answer. Does anybody know if that tool work, and if it meant to make questions and receive answers, or what?
3) Personally I kind of like the Study Hall, but I believe one of the biggest gap is not having a good/productive discussion tool at the bottom of each question. Saving Changes...
My belief is that posting PMI copyright materials, even on a PMI-owned site, is likely a no-no...
For the question, I'd go with "C". No sense in moving to detailed planning activities if you don't have alignment across your key stakeholders at a high level.

2) The "Got feedback or suggestions? Let us know here!" tool is designed to receive feedback and suggestion. We are consistently checking for those and making the necessary adjustments and corrections, but unfortunately, we are unable to respond to individual reports. If you have submitted a report through that portal, we will investigate and update the content.
3) I'm glad you like Study Hall! We are unable to host discussions on the platform but I encourage you to use threads like these in the certification community to discuss PMP concepts, rather than full Study Hall questions and answer choices.

If I can suggest, PMI should add a Study Hall community discussion/forum feature. That would give the Study Hall a big add value.
