I found the exam to be of intermediate difficulty but I took it long time ago during pilot phase so not sure if it changes.
For micro-credentials, PMI do not issue reports so you won't be able to tell where you scored low or high. I suggest you try to remember which question you had difficulty answering then go through the course one more time.

I see you achieved the CD-BA micro-credential. I am getting ready to take the exam in the coming weeks. I watched PMI's e-course twice, read the CD handbook in between.
