I want to give CAPM exam based on PMBOK 6th edition. Till what time in 2022 I can give CAPM based on old syllabus?

You have until January 2023 before the CAPM starts aligning with PMBOK Guide 7. Check the last paragraph of page 4 of the updated Exam Content Outline.
