template for partial product delivery
Hi. Does anyone has a Document Template for partial product delivery.

I manage to have one from myself, but curious to know if some other ideas come up.

Thanks

I think you'll need to provide some more details such as:

1. What template are you looking for - one for a schedule, a budget, a risk register?

2. What is the nature of the product or what industry are you referring to?

3. What does "partial" mean in the context of the product?

Kiron
I would add another question to Kiron's: why are you delivering a partial product?
You better provide more details as Kiron mentioned.
Start with a template for a complete project, and then tailor it down to the scope of what will be delivered.
This template may be useful for detail partial delivering: https://www.spreadsheet123.com/ExcelTempla...e-template.html

Yep, all your questions are reasonable ones.

First. It is the first try to put into practice a framework tied to Spyral Delivery. Kind of agile incremental delivery but always documented.

Industry: Software Development
Template: Something to show status, features delivered, budget invested, current risks
Partial Means that the stage proposed in the roadmap has been achieved.
The report needs to be short enough to fit in a half a page.

Since what you are looking for is a status report of some type for an in progress project, you might consider an information radiator-type dashboard which can provide this information to stakeholders on a pull-based, as needed basis. So long as your work item status, financial forecast and risk register are current, a "live" dashboard could pull the data from the original sources.

Hi Kiron. The Dashboard is live. The problem is that most of C-Level Shareholders are too "old school". They do not want to check dashboards, they want printed forms and reports. First reports were written using widely common formats, Waterfall style, but it is a challenge to have the Millenials, X, Digitally oriented, and Old Fashioned in the same meeting. Everyone looking for its "info". After doing a small survey, it was clear that it is better to adopt the vision of such C-level persons to present the information.
