Since what you are looking for is a status report of some type for an in progress project, you might consider an information radiator-type dashboard which can provide this information to stakeholders on a pull-based, as needed basis. So long as your work item status, financial forecast and risk register are current, a "live" dashboard could pull the data from the original sources.

Hi Kiron. The Dashboard is live. The problem is that most of C-Level Shareholders are too "old school". They do not want to check dashboards, they want printed forms and reports. First reports were written using widely common formats, Waterfall style, but it is a challenge to have the Millenials, X, Digitally oriented, and Old Fashioned in the same meeting. Everyone looking for its "info". After doing a small survey, it was clear that it is better to adopt the vision of such C-level persons to present the information. Saving Changes...
