Portfolio Management Analytics

Our organization has recently implemented a PMO and I am now working to identify Portfolio Management Analytics.

What criteria has others used to help bring transparency to the different details regarding projects and how they roll up to an enterprise view?

I can think of a few around the actual projects (ROI, NPV, project Risk, health for example), however, I am struggling with others that would be more at the enterprise view (alignment to strategy is huge and how do I measure this?).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
