what counts towards optional PDUs

I'm in the process of renewing my PMP certification and I'm unclear about what I can count toward the 25 "Optional" PDUs. Any pointers?

You mean the 25 Giving Back PDUs. You can submit a maximum of 8 PDUs for working as a professional, and a maximum of 17 PDUs for volunteering and creating knowledge.
