Beyond the communications advances utilizing AI, are you seeing in your day to day basis other advances supporting the development of the PM processes? One bet from my side: maybe most influentially in the formulation of risk management of the projects...? Saving Changes...
Not a lot of true AI. The latest version of OneNote for Office 365 is supposed to take dictation which could be really good for note taking and translates between many languages. Unfortunately they haven't implemented it on Office 2019 yet.
I have read a number of research papers on using genetic algorithms to optimize systems including organizations and processes, but I haven't seen it in practice. The next generation of MBSE tools can integrate a lot of data sources which could include schedule and resources, but that's not really AI per se. Saving Changes...
Well, it is the “timing” to succeed we are waiting for, apparently. Thanks for your points of view, Mr. Novak. Your contributions are always welcome to the community. All the best. Saving Changes...

Yes, it is possible. While I worked in a big commercial aircraft company, a presentation or feasibility study was given to connect all departments or verticals using A.I. This is very useful in preventive maintenance and shows the cause and effect in the entire network or system. The beauty of it is the AI learn from past data and then triggers things and lets you know before hand. This was done as a part of digitalization effort and was ongoing. This will reduce the risk management requirement as well once implemented. The company luckily had 40-60 years of data from which the A.I can learn and adapt for algorithms. The first step was to digitalize all the data which existed as paper work. This is a very long project that may take 5-7 years. And with all that I am not sure if it will cover entire project management processes, but it will certainly help managers make right decision and enhances customer experience. Because project management requires diverse skills and experience and these skills are in-tangible sometimes.

Very good sharing, Mr. Suryavanshi. I understand that every effort done to “fill the gaps” with previous data records, enhancing the information on the systems, being them lessons learned or from the diverse nature on the PM processes about the projects, programs and portfolios, will satisfactorily be rewarded, under the AI “umbrella”. Thanks for your outstanding contribution to the debate. All the best in your journey.
