Anchored on the continent (or country) cultures, do you think there are different approaches in which the PMs are considering shape their teams under the diversity perspective? Conservationist cultures would be less privileged with the contribution of most advanced points of view from work environments opened to diversity as regularly is observed at the Big Techs, e.g.?

Culture needs to be taken into consideration for sure. In multi-cultural teams, you as the PM should have an inderstandign of those cultures and try to find common grounds amongst team members and create harmony.

The project manager is the integration point for all project work, people and cultures. You need to have empathy and humility in order to properly work with people across different cultures.

Diversity is power. Communications should be managed effectively specifically in diverse teams, otherwise, it may cause some issues.

Culture fundamentally affects the way we perform things, and Project Management doesn't escape this rule. We should try to adopt the best PM strategies to be adapted according to culture and diversity,

Leveraging diversity in project teams is all about actively listening each of the individuals in the team and empowering them to achieve goals their own way. All of these always within the constraints of the project.
