Are you, or the company/organization where you working for as PM, adopting practices of supply chain portfolio renewal at certain fixed rates periodically, including goals to reaching this portfolio renewal partially after some years - for those with centralized acquisitions arrangement?

I understand you're meaning, Mr. Darestani. Is better maintaining a strong relationship, looking for the fidelity and confidence in terms of engagement and quality from part to part, than experiences with new suppliers which can make unfeasible some initiatives or outcomes, depending on the projects, maybe increasing the risk.
