Adesola Abiona Project Manager| Irving Oil Limited New Brunswick, Canada

I am working on a couple of projects. Since I work with the same resources for all the projects, I tried to have them all on a single .mpp file. But I am not able to create an online project because the tasks in the project are more than 500. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way around this?

Thanks, everyone. I have implemented the suggestion and it worked exactly as I wanted. I created an enterprise resource list that is linked to each of the projects. Then I made a master schedule using sub-projects and working around the projects and resources was seamless. I was even able to host it on the shared folder so the various PMs can work on their project separately and I can do an overview at the PMO level. Thanks again Stephane and everyone
