It's been a year for alphabet soup (credentials and micro-credentials). Next up is scheduling the DAVSC exam. I could have taken it earlier, this year, but I wanted to finish the first draft of the DAVSC quick reference guide and get some practical experience leveraging value streams and continuous guided improvement at work. This should be my last credential for a while.
It's also been a year for teaching and learning, as the first and only project manager at the company I work for - helping to refine our way of working and evangelizing flow to the rest of the company. It's been much more satisfying than feeling like a small cog in a big wheel.
2023 is a little up in the air. My wife and I both have older parents with risk factors, so road trips to visit family are definitely happening. I'm hoping to get in some good rockhounding trips, too; mostly local, but maybe Crater of Diamonds state park or Lake Michigan/Superior. My wife is talking about either a cruise or all-inclusive destination, but we haven't made a final decision, yet.

Thanks for sharing your journey and congrats on all the credentials and micro-credential you've earned.
Good Luck as well with your DAVSC exam and I hope you will have fun in your raod trips. Happy Holidays in advance.

Thanks, Rami!
I wasn't able to attend when you spoke to our chapter (PMINUC), but I hope it went well. Best wishes for 2023!
