Whenever they announce the changing of the CAPM exam will there be notice given

Does anyone have any idea of when in January the CAPM exam will change? Beginning? End? How haven’t they announced it yet, and I’m assuming whenever they announce it they will give us notice rather than the date of the announcement being the date it changes and we just get left in the dark

They haven't announced anything specific date-wise for the CAPM other than early 2023 so there's nothing to suggest that it will be in January. And PMI does normally provide sufficient lead time for folks to prepare for the switchover so those who still want to write the old exam will be able to do so.

I’ve seen online that they just said January 2023, but they haven’t announced the specific date which makes it hard to prepare

I agree with Kiron. PMI usually gives enough notice for exam changes. The CAPM exam will change soon and I believe they announced this long time ago with no specific date yet as Kiron mentioned. On average, I noticed they provide at least 6 months notice period, if not more, to allow candidates who are already in the preparation process to sit for the current exam.
