I want to see if there are any new certifications to take, and I am uncertain which to start first.

The best person to answer this is you because any certification you do should be in line with your career plan and compliments your career goals but if I am to recommend something, then I would suggest an agile related credential.

As Rami has indicated, certifications are a means to an end, not the end itself. Define your goal, share that with the community as well as your context such as the industry you work in, and you are likely to get some useful suggestions.

Your certifications should be a reflection of the person you want to be known as. Don't be surprised when your expectations change.

Rami and Kiron made valid points. I think you should have an eye on the job market as well.

I recommend to start gaining experience with PMP certification, and then you would choose the best next certification for you, according to the work you are performing.
