It depends on how much the courses and course content has material related to PM which in case I assume the majority of it is so you can manually claim 1 PDU for each 1 Hour of course learning.

There are no limits to how many PDUs you can claim for courses with project management content. Obviously, each certification requires a limited amount of PDUs for the sake of renewal. (I consistently report PDUs beyond those required for renewal.)
The tricky part will be in breaking down the PDUs along the Talent Triangle dimensions: ways of working, power skills and business acumen. Saving Changes...
