I am currently preparing for my CAPM exam, and i am doing the Project Management Basics online course, which is based on the PMBOK - Sixth edition. However, if i understood correctly, the CAPM exam is going to be based on the PMBOK - Seventh edition. So my questions are:
- Is the Project Management Basics online course the right choice for CAPM exam?
- Should someone learn both PMBOK editions so as to be exam-ready?
I would really appreciate any help/suggestion.

There is no set date yet for which the CAPM exam will change but when it will change, I trust PMI will update the course to reflect the latest version of the Exam Content Outline so if I am to guess, I would say the course on PMIs website should be up to date.
If you’re doing the exam soon, then at the point in time, I would concentrate on 6th edition and also read through the 7th edition.
