Any Sample Project Plan and WBS for Genome Sequencing Laboratory?

Our company is venturing into healthcare field and planning to setup a Genome Sequencing Laboratory. Can someone point me in the direction where I can get a sample project Plan or WBS for setting up a medical laboratory?

I tried searching in the repository of PMI and projectmanagement(dot)com, but couldn't find any such templates. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

This is a very specialized ask, so you may have better luck checking in a healthcare-focused association. For example, HIMSS has a fairly healthy project management sub-group where your odds of finding someone who has done something similar might be higher than here.

Indeed it is, however, a general template for setting up a Laboratory would also suffice, as I'll be able to use it as reference and build on it.
