We currently do not allow any form of "freelance" instructors into the program, so you will need to be registered as an instructor with an affiliated Authorized Training Partner (ATP) organization. An Authorized Training Partner (ATP) organization must sponsor a trainer in order for them to attend the Train the Trainer (TTT) course. Please note that the ATP organization would submit the names and qualifications of their instructors, and if the instructors meet the requirements, they may then enroll in a Train the Trainer session. Only instructors of the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam prep, Disciplined Agile workshop courses are required to attend. Once you pass Train the Trainer session you will be able to instruct Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam prep courses only for the ATP organization you are associated with.

To become a PMP® instructor, you must be a PMP® credential holder in good standing, and have 1-3 years of Agile experience. Your resume/CV should also demonstrate you have one to three years of experience managing agile projects. An agile certification, such as PMI’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® would also meet this need. Instructors will need a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) Certification to teach DA courses.
